Respiration, Homeostasis and Excercise (TB 7)

Building on the knowledge of the structure of the internal organs learned in the first three semesters, we will take a closer look at the organic functions in the topic block "Respiration, Homeostasis and Excercise". One focus here will be on the lungs and kidneys.

Sports physiology also plays a role in this topic module. Through the subfield of physiology, students learn to look at the working performance of the internal organs in a physical and biomechanical sense. The integrated, one-week Practitioner Internship opens up the opportunity to apply the examination techniques already learned in practice and concludes with the Clinical Training Examination.
