Certificates for students

Study progress certificate

All HHU students have the opportunity to export and print out their progress certificates from the digital study organization (DigStu).

Performance overview

The Student and Examination Administration issues overviews of all achievements that are stored in the achievement tree.

Certificates from the Office of the Dean of Studies

Please send us an e-mail if you require a certificate from the Office of the Dean of Studies. Please only use your HHU e-mail account for this purpose.

The following data is required:

  • Name
  • Matriculation number
  • Degree program
  • Request from the BAföG office (with funding number), which proves the required documents

Note: It is not necessary to send form 5 as a template!

Performance in block final examinations in relation to the reference group (for a scholarship application or similar)

Certificate that you have not definitively failed any examinations or have not “used up” your examination attempts (i.e. that you have not lost your right to take examinations in the state examination program in medicine or dentistry).

  • Specification of which degree is to be certified

Occasionally, authorities abroad require you as a graduate to provide a certificate about your medical studies and your examinations that goes beyond the above-mentioned transcript of records from the Student and Examination Administration. In such individual cases, the Office of the Dean of Studies will prepare an English-language transcript of records containing further information, e.g. on the structure of your studies.

Please ask as early as possible if you need such a document. As this is an individually created document, please allow four weeks for processing.
