Feedback Curriculum

In medical training, sooner or later students have to act independently as physicians. Systematic feedback from a professional side on strengths and weaknesses, as well as the gift of concrete suggestions for improvement of one's own actions, is indispensable for personal and professional development.

This is where feedback comes in: In the course of their studies, students go through a feedback curriculum parallel to or integrated into other courses and learn to give and also accept feedback constructively through various feedback formats. Here, the development of personal competencies is always in the foreground.
